Explanation: For you who dont know ”La Fraise”  it is a t-shirt store where designers get to submit their designs and the viewers vote on it for a week. Every week they pick out new winners and the designer of the winning design gets a price and the design printed and sold in their online store. Its awesome ^^.

Handbag project

Lately I’ve been working on a hand bag, just decorating an old one.

It’s not finnished yet but here’s a little preview of the work in progress. :]

It’s been a slow day…

It has been a slooow day today and Lula seems to agree.

I have managed to get some things done tho and now that the work week has ended I’ll try to finnish some other things Ive been working on:

• Submit a design to La Fraise! (An awesome french t-shirt store) - DONE
• Keep sewing on my handbag project. (I’ll show you guys once its done! untill then its secret.)
• Add a new piece to my collection (This is also a new project that I’ll show you as soon as its done.)

New fabrics!

Yesterday my mom gave me a big bag filled with fabrics!

Apparently they are having a huge sale on Ikea where you get to fill up a plastic bag as much as you can with  fabric pieces you like and it only costs 149kronor, wich is extremely cheap for this amount of fabric  ^^.

AWESOME!

Now I’ll just have to find out what to do with them. I know I’ll probably use some to make a laptop bag since I dont have one :/. And the rest of the fabrics, who knows? The possibilities are endless! :D

Birthday dressed

It was my moms birthday yesterday and I suprised her by dressing our little doggy Lula with a fun happy birthday-greeting shirt I made the night before ^^.

Creative impulse

Some nights ago I was preparing to make a fruit salad but once I had all the fruits laid out I got the sudden impulse of making something out of them! So I took the knife and started carving! >_<

The outcome: A unibrowed orangefaced man :S

Funny Puma label

Today my supersweet momy bought me a new pair of sweatpants :D

The old couple I had was all coverd in paint-stains and stuff so I had been living without sweatpants for over 6 months! I dont know how I survived without them. Sitting in my new pants right now I feel the freedom that only sweatpants can bring. Its comfy, soft, cosy, warm >_<, I love it.

Anyhow, for the first time in my life I started looking inside of the labels that always come with the clothes you buy. I never expected it to be so thought through and witty :D.I’d expect some boring info about what cotton has been used to make them but this was much more edgy and funny ^^. It just suprised me so I thought Id share it with you.

I’ll start looking at labels more often from now on ^^.

Flea market Pingu clock

About a week ago i went to a flea market on Götgatan in Stockholm. I bought some  vinyl records for my boyfriend to sample, a sweater for 5 kr and a pretty kid-toy-alfabet I thoguht I could do something kool with.  That same day there were a bunch of other fleamarkets all around stockholm too so we went to about 3 more and at one of them I found this cute little clock for 5 kr :D. I thought I’d buy it as a joke for my boyfriend  that has a hard time waking up in the morning but with time I’ll probably keep it for myself  ^^

Going to these fleamarkets got me inspired to buy cheap stuff to later make into something of my own. This clock i could for example paint, change the inner picture, add stuff.. its perfect material for a project!

Except that this clock is already perfect as it is.. ^^
